Brian & Kathryn Perry, Deacon Chair

Brian and Kathryn Perry both grew up in the DOC tradition. Brian grew up attending Crestwood Christian Church in Lexington, and Kathryn grew up attending Christian Temple in Baltimore. Kathryn is an ordained DOC minister (and proud Transy and Vanderbilt Divinity School alum) who currently serves as the Executive Director for Bluegrass Care Navigators’ Lexington Office. Brian has degrees from Guildford College (NC), EKU, and UK and is currently the Director of Government Relations for the Kentucky Department of Education. They both enjoy cooking, traveling, and reading. They have a six-year-old daughter, Maddie, who is in kindergarten at Millcreek Elementary and loves riding horses, biking, and cooking. The family has two cats, Bob and Kevin, and a hamster, Cotton Candy (CC).
