Jacob Walbourn

Jacob Walbourn is an attorney and currently serves as General Counsel for the Kentucky Public Protection Cabinet in Frankfort. He resides in Lexington with his wife, Amanda, and his daughter, Madelyn. Jacob is an Elder, an Endowment Trustee, and previously served in the Cabinet in 2020 and 2021. In his free time, he enjoys concerts and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, as well as serving as a Board Member for Bluegrass Greensource, an environmental nonprofit. He and his family joined South Elkhorn in 2018.
